Last night I got up from a chair and threw my back out. I have often heard of this, but never experienced it. I want to experience the Pyramids, and skiing in the Alps and new love, but not this! Wow, it is painful. And debilitating. I am on all fours when I am not fetal.
Not only am I immobile, I am housesitting!
