I added summer roles today to my soup. Yum.

Vietnamese Food is So Pretty

I had a $5 shrimp soup down by the courthouse. It was SO good. I think Vietnamese has been trying to be the New Chinese for a while, but still lags. But it is so clean, so pretty, so healthy-seeming. I am going back.
